Why we use it
We use your information to send occasional emails about the Pizzle Deluxe Edition, including availability and ordering updates. We send these updates with your consent.
Subscribing is voluntary. It does not reserve a copy or place an order. If you do not subscribe, you can still visit the website and play Pizzle.
We do not process this information for any other purposes.
Who processes your information?
We use Brevo to manage subscriptions and send emails. We do not sell your email address or share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your subscription information while you remain subscribed and the updates list operates. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending updates.
We may retain limited records to document consent and ensure that unsubscribed addresses are not contacted again.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting hello@pizzle.eu. This does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
You can also request access to or correction of your information, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy, where applicable. You may object to processing where applicable.
You can complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
We do not use this mailing list to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
